Recently we had carpet installed in our master bedroom by your company. Our sales representative was Theresa who gave us wonderful service in showing us all the sample types and many shades of tan/beige we needed to see in order to match our carpet to other rooms with carpet. She was very patient with us. It was during the rainy days and she was hurrying in and out of the rain to bring in sample books from her car. The carpet was installed on the day and time we agreed upon with Footprints. Three installers came in and were very professional and had the carpet installed and stretched in an hour. We are very pleased with our new carpet. Footprints took good care of us. We recommend them to future customers.

We had a great experience with Footprints when we redid our bathroom tile. The quote process was super laid back and simple, and the price very reasonable. Clint, our main contact, was communicative and clear--two things I really value in a contractor. A team of three worked on the flooring, and were up front with us about issues they found. We knew going in that there were mold problems and a possible leak, and once they found them, we were able to pause work to get a plumber to fix some pipes before finishing the job. Our floors are a beautiful Asian Rosewood, partly installed by the previous owner’s. For 13+ years I had been applying wax, over and over. Although initially it was believed that the floor could be chemically stripped, that was not the case. After hours of stripping, cleaning and applying a BEAUTIFUL matte finish, our floors look amazing. The staff was clean, friendly, though and I’m sure glad to have been done (lol).

Great experience with a detailed ceramic tile floor plank repair I needed in a visible area of my dining room. Brian responded immediately to my online request and kept me updated about scheduled work date, arrival time, job details. He was present during the work by Damian who did the removal and replacement of 2 tiles (9"'x 48") without damage to existing tiles that had minimal 1/16" grout lines. This was a very precise job that required the skill that they provided. Very friendly and professional experience!

I had footprints do a few things for me - refinish my kitchen floors (which were beat up and stained from water damage!), repair some large patches, and remove tile from an addition to lace in new flooring in there so the kitchen floors could be extended. Mike was very straightforward with his estimate, and communicatted quickly and clearly when the subfloor had to be redone and raised after the tile demo. There were a few marks on the walls from the tile demolition, but as we hadn't put the final coat of paint on yet they were negligab and easily fixable. The floors were done in a timely manner with great communication throughout the process. Out of the 6-7 contractors touching my kitchen they were probably the most clean, thorough, timely, and the work is GORGEOUS. Would definitely hire them again.

The estimator Todd was great. Explained the whole process and provided a detailed estimate. The tile craftsman was great. Very efficient and clean. Beuatiful job on the installation of the tile. The QA/QC manager come and inspected the work and checked the quality. He made a quick fix while he was here and the project was signed off. I would use this company again moving forward with any flooring projects.
