Footprints did a wondeful job with our floors! From the initial visit with Alonso, to working with the Project manager Miquel, and seeing the results from the crew, the experience was phenomenal. To start, let me say I wanted my master bath remodeled and had a terrible time finding a contractor (they either wanted to charge enough to build a whole house or they never called back). My son happened to find Footprint Floors online and took a chance calling them for me. Gene showed up at my house on time, very professional and respectful. I could tell from the start, that he was very knowledgeable and was going to be great to work with. I actually cancelled another estimate and just went with Gene, once I got his very reasonable quote. Gene gave me a start date much sooner than I expected, and communication was great and consistent throughout the job….Then, Diego showed up! That man took my vision and made it come to life! He worked until the job was done, even late some days. He was also so patient with me when I changed the vision slightly. His workmanship is absolutely the best, my bathroom is now about to be the best room in my house! It’s not quite complete yet or I would post a picture. Gene and Diego are magic together, and I HIGHLY recommend them! I was sad to say ‘goodbye’ .

Miguel did a fabulous job installing a backsplash In our bar area next to (and now a perfect match to) our kitchen! He was very meticulous as this was not a typical job. There were 3 different angles (with two 30-degree side walls) and multi-stepped cupboards, which created many challenges. Miguel handled it Ike a seasoned professional. We couldn’t be happier! Gave me a complete quote quickly. Excellent worksmanship, I should have done it 8 years ago (they replaced about 4'x4' warped hardwood planks, and sanded down and refinished the rest to look like new in 2 days. Very responsive, and professional. Great communication/great experience.

Footprints Floors sanded and refinished three rooms for me and the floors look beautiful! I am so thrilled with the outcome. The price was reasonable and they got it done very quickly, too.

Chuck and team listened to our vision to update what was a very uneven and thin-- 3" concrete slab floor in our basement. Its a nearly 100yo converted root cellar. He gave us options and contingency plans-- all things were considered! He wasn't quite familiar with the finished look we requested, but he did a lot of research and pulled it off! The install team was great. We love the result.

I cannot say enough about Chuck and staff. We have had a-lot of contractors do work for us over the years and i have to say that footprints have by far exceeded all our expectations. They did an amazing job on our wood floor refinishing and really stand behind their work! Chuck is very professional and courteous unlike most contractors we have dealt with in the past. We recently had the pleasure of working with Chuck and Kyle from Footprint Flooring of the Western suburbs. They were professional, fast, and their work was of high quality. Footprints Floors of Ashburn did a fantastic job of refinishing the hardwood floors throughout the house we purchased in Arlington. The job was done on time on a tight schedule. The guys did an amazing job on my bathrooms + entryway. They didn’t cut any corners, and everything looks absolutely perfect. I also had hexagons, which is way tougher tile to work with / cut. They did awesome!!

Grant came to our house right exactly on time. He was able to quickly see the issue with our floor. Although he could have recommended a complete restoration of our floor, rather he suggested that a good cleaning would remove the film and cloudy appearance. He suggested a do it yourself procedure including suggestions about choosing the best microfiber pad and cleaning solution. It appeared we have been using too high a concentration of cleaner that caused the film buildup on the floor surface. The experience with Grant showed me that this business is professional in providing the best solution to your floor problem without regard to them capturing a quick sale for unnecessary work. Thumbs up to Footprint Floors!

Excellent service from start to finish. Began with in person consult followed by in person follow up. Easy communication and I knew what to expect. Look at these stairs and the landing. The detail on how the wood was laid with a staggered design is gorgeous. Our dog approves too-she love a photo opp.

Footprint Floors did a great job on our sanding and staining of pine floors. We had some water damage in one area, where the they had to be replaced. They took our dark finished to a lighter finish and I’m completely happy with the final product. They were very knowledgeable and could explain water versus oil base with the pros and cons of each. Saul always communicated with us on the timeline and followed through with what he said he would do. The workers were very courteous and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this crew to anyone. I even found a nickel on the countertop after they were finished. Definitely a crew with high integrity!
